      Pros

      College is nice, people are nice. All my students has been cool too. Holidays are fantastics. Pay is bad.

      Cons

      I had issues with couple of my students and it bubbled up quite rapidly. I had zero support from management or my colleagues. Basically, if something is wrong with your syllabus at the start of the term, you are screwed.
