11moThanks for taking the time to share your feedback - it's nice to see feedback related to work-life balance, perks, and benefits, as CIP overall has worked hard on this for a number of years. In terms of the cons you listed, those are general areas we continually focus on. We have a great team in place in Bloomington and many National Office resources that support the Center. If you ever want to provide more specific feedback, we very much welcome that.
