Pros

Great service for the "right" families. Staff really cares about clients. More prospects than sales people. Sales Manager is great but doesn't have the ability to change things quickly.

Cons

Owners are out of touch with reality of day-to-day happenings. Prospects don't show up for appointments.

Pros

Looks good on the surface if you enjoy self-employment

Cons

Inside and outside sales reps are self-employed contractors, but are expected to respond and fall in line like employees. Projected incomes discussed with owners and management are grossly exaggerated or based on very old estimates. Unilateral compensation changes are made by owners/managers without regard to contractual arrangements with independent contractors. They general idea is that - if you don't like it you can leave or disassociate. Many of the admin support staff are under-qualified for jobs within "regulated" industry, which makes for unhappy customers (seasonal, temporary staff). This can result in cancellations, refunds and charge-backs to commissions.
