Amazing leadership team, all very supportive and I appreciate the focus on professional development. Good work life balance.

Cons

Trainings are sometimes surface level and not provided at the appropriate time. Depending on how engaged students are, there is a lot of empty time and there are minimal side projects to fill that time. As AmeriCorps members, the pay isn't great.
