Great people on the ground. Mentors and student facing folks were awesome and passionate about what they do.

Cons

Leadership has sometimes balked at moving with the times; there are a few folks who are very stuck in what has worked in the past and have difficulty pivoting to new ideas and methods that may work better moving forward
