      Pros

      I worked with some really great people. Staff was very supportive . I enjoyed feeling like I was helping students reach their goals and being able to motivate people to reach for greater opportunities.

      Cons

      Things were constantly changing and the changes were often rolled out after students were assured of a certain practice being in place. I felt like we were lying when we promised something and then found out the next day that things were changing and what we promised students was no longer available.

      The people who put in all of the effort.

      Cons

      Everything else. There is nothing redeemable about this company. Please, if you have morals or values you will want to stay away from this company. They are being sued for a number of employment violations; sexual harassment, overtime violations, age discrimination, make sure and do a search on the internet and you will pull up SOME of the cases.

      The most innovative position I have had in 20 years. You can be your own motivator to enhance adult education. They are so open to new ideas.
