1. Brilliant work space and environment. 2. Conscious team building efforts by various monthly activities, knowledge sessions. 3. Flat structure. No hierarchy. 4. 5 days a week. 5. One of the very few startups in Ahmedabad that implements the best workplace practices.
Cons
1. Located in Ahmedabad: Could be a turn off for you if you wish to seek a lifestyle similar to that of the metros.

1. Learning environment 2. Young enthusiastic crowd 3. Flat Structure (boss approachable) 4. Freedom of trying out new ideas
Cons
1. Office shuts by 8:30 p.m. (I wish I could stay back and work late nights) 2. For a city like Ahmedabad, where the work culture is super laid back, this office has spoiled me. It would be difficult to get an environment like this in a future organization.
