Pros

The people are smart and great to work with. There is a lot of knowledge in the company's employees. Very flexible on schedule and time.

Cons

The leaders are in their own world and only promote favorites. The managers are disconnected from the daily work of counselors. There is constant change in curriculum and salary/pay structure and it is hard for employees to keep track or learn how to grow and get promoted. Disorganized. The HR has had some fake reviews added to GlassDoor too. There isn't accountability of main executives and the Company focuses more on revenue than other things now.

Smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, supportive manager, well respected company in the field.

Cons

APJECK (executiveTeam ) plays very clear favorites and is unlikely to identify their own areas for growth but quick to point out growth areas for others . Communication was so incredibly opaque and sporadic that I felt constantly paranoid for my job and about my performance.

The talent in the organization is bar none. We have some of the most brilliant, caring, engaged employees of any organization I've ever worked for. Employees care about each other. There are generous time off policies.

Cons

Leadership is so far removed from the day-to-day management of the business that they can't see all of the problems that counselors are experiencing. Collegewise used to have a very people-centered culture but it is now mainly focused on profit. The culture is also lacking. What was once a place that celebrated individuals has now become a good ol' boys club favoring individuals, particularly males. COO and CMO have also blocked advancement for many amazing people in the company, which explains why so many are leaving the organization.
