Pros

Nice buildings, Apple Mac's, locality

Cons

No sick pay, terrible company directors, they expect you to do lots of extra hours for no extra pay but deduct money for doctor or dentist appointments, all take and no give. Staff are treated as disposable assets, no annual pay reviews

Pros

Nice Head Office Nice soap in the toilets! Staff are unified through dismay

Cons

1. False, rude and disrespectful directors who pass the blame at every opportunity. 2. Certain directors actively talk negativelyabout people to other staff 3. Directors talk about managing clients expectations but then pander to every request, delegating tasks with ridiculous deadlines and then taking credit or passing blame as necessary depending on the client response. If we were given suitable advanced notice we'd produce better quality work AND we would be happier to work on it. 4. No recognition 5. "Do as I say not as I do" culture. 6. It's clear that as long as Directors can maintain their lavish lifestyles, nothing else matters.
