Pros
Relaxed work atmosphere, friendly people, approachable management. While the company is still small, there's always something new to work on, and growth is constantly happening. Opportunities to work remote abound, and work life balance is excellent.
Cons
Stephenville is an excellent town to raise a family in, but is generally poor for a young professional seeking a lively market.

Cons
There is a clause in the contract asking new hires to "uphold Christian values"... completely inappropriate and probably violates labor regs. Worked in a converted day-care center that was never meant to be a functioning office. Management insisted it was temporary but never made any real changes. Its a "family business" ie the son inherited it from his dad. If you're a young engineer seeking to work in a dynamic, team-oriented field with high career growth potential...look somewhere else.
