      Pros

      Management is thoughtful and attentive to individual needs Training is readily available Office environment is fun, friendly, and close-knit. Management provides breakfast every Friday morning like Chick Fil A, IHOP, and Tacos. Theres always room to make more money!

      The vending machines have some of my favorite things...causing me to snack daily.

      Lenient with taking time off.

      Cons

      Company does not care for their employees. Does not recognize when employees are going above and beyond. Does not let you know what you are doing wrong, instead they just fire you without any notice. Management is horrible. No one listens to your concerns. No one takes action when people are not following the correct protocol. No job security. Catty drama. False accusations against other employees. You do not get raises based on your Performance or even get raises you were promised. There is no room to grow in the company. Loyalty is overlooked.

      It’s always nerve racking to start a new job. At Collin’s everyone was so welcoming and the environment was really easy going. I was helped by HR manager Janice Jordan and she made everything so easy to get situated. Thanks to my new Collin’s family for making me feel so welcome.
