      Great People ~ Everyone that I work with is here for the success of Company, if you need help or training all you need to do is ask.

      Cons

      No Cons. Would be great to create a quarterly team building event where we can have some fun and get to know each other better. Something to look forward to that creates a bond.

      Family/team atmosphere. Consistent training. Smart and capable electricians. 401k match was good.

      Cons

      Hard to get good help when the pay is sub par. People don’t stay long or strong talent won’t sign on making the load heavy.
