Great employee benefit, good office culture, depending which department you're in and who your manager is.

Cons

Not the best pay for many positions, largely put company performance before employee needs. Has a relatively high turnover for a lot of office roles due to these cons.

- Working with some fantastic individuals and talent - Great training and learning systems setup by Yum! Brands - Supportive Co-Workers

Cons

- No work life balance, Area Managers expected to work 50+ hour weeks with NO additional compensation beyond base salary - Bonus metrics unachievable with the majority of Area Managers "Below Target" - Career Opportunities rare and non existent unless you're mates with a Head of Department - Poor communication from the restaurant support center and those that do communicate are overworked - Toxic work culture with incompetent leaders who are MIA for 3/5 days of the week, presumably "working from home"
