Really good culture in business from Senior Leadership to all staff. Feel affirmed and valued whether you are front of office or back of office. Great work life balance

Not many cons to be honest. The only consideration is that it being a smaller company - there are less opportunity for career growth into senior roles unless someone leaves or retires.
