      Pros

      Colohouse heavily emphasizes their mission vision and values. Prioritizing organizational health has allowed the teams to keep people who are dedicated to and focused on the mission and core values, while shedding those that aren't. This results in highly efficient teams that work well together, have fun, and remain positive. Its a great place to work, learn, grow, and advance.

      Cons

      For the tech teams this is usually a fast paced high stress environment. Ability to work independently and adapt to change are a must in order to be successful.

      CEO & CRO believe in leading by example. Both Jeremy and Kyle have an open door/calendar policy. Everyone is treated with respect and trust is given from Day 1. CEO has a 24-hour email response policy = I have never worked with a more responsive CEO IN MY CAREER! The company believes in 3 true Core Values + 1 Mission. People First - One Team, One Mission - Aim to Amaze - Work to bring impactful technology and solutions and ALWAYS work to WOW the customer. - Leaders here walk the walk and talk the talk. If you are a builder (building solutions, services, process, culture) - this is for you. You get what you put in. 100% remote if your job permits (for marketing and sales, yes) Work-life balance is 10/10 . Benefits are AMAZING and AFFORDABLE for Employee + Spouse + Kids Amazing FREE telehealth service (amazing if you have kids) and also includes mental health services.

      Cons

      M&A activity is always luming - so change in strategy or people or systems is a possibility. - Leadership is as transparent as possible when there is activity pending and is very forth coming about how M&A is part of our growth strategy. This company is not for those looking to be "just a number" or have "systems" perfectly ready for you to use. There are integration plans, but if you aren't here to roll up your sleeves and bring solutions to the table - 100000% you will hate it. We are working on building long term, scalable processes and putting those in place = they aren't all ready yet, so AGAIN, you want a Fortune 100 employee handbook or business processes or systems in place or the perfect org structure that stays static THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. All of those things said = you need patience, compassion, and grit to be here. As of right now, there is no matching 401k. *but coming in the future
