M&A activity is always luming - so change in strategy or people or systems is a possibility. - Leadership is as transparent as possible when there is activity pending and is very forth coming about how M&A is part of our growth strategy. This company is not for those looking to be "just a number" or have "systems" perfectly ready for you to use. There are integration plans, but if you aren't here to roll up your sleeves and bring solutions to the table - 100000% you will hate it. We are working on building long term, scalable processes and putting those in place = they aren't all ready yet, so AGAIN, you want a Fortune 100 employee handbook or business processes or systems in place or the perfect org structure that stays static THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. All of those things said = you need patience, compassion, and grit to be here. As of right now, there is no matching 401k. *but coming in the future
