Too much paperwork, assigned clients without being told, manager/coordinator too friendly with probation/parole officers and would be inconsistent with how therapists handle group rule issues. manager/coordinator would be inconsistent with policy especially how it effected clients, manager/coordinator would focus on unimportant things and miss very important things.

The environment was incredibly toxic. I understand that employees go to work to get a paycheck and not to make friends. However people were generally nasty towards one another. The training was abysmal and did not prepare staff for their assigned duties. The electronic medical record used was not easy to understand and management did not encourage staff to ask questions, compounding the issue.
