Pros
Speaking about the Jacksonville location. Team orientated working environment. You get paid to workout since you're moving sheet rock all day. Management weeds out the bums but really just gives them(bums) enough rope to hang themselves.
Cons
No set hours for the guys on the truck. Might finish early one day and be home by 330. The next day you're walking thru your door at 7pm with the ole lady barking at you.
