      Pros

      The Colonnade is a beautiful hotel that is undergoing major changes this is a good thing for the hotel in the long run and it will be among the top hotels to stay in Botson if its ultimate vision is realized.

      Cons

      The growing pains definitely negatively affect the way the departments are run and the way each employee is treated. There is no communication between departments and it is growing too rapidly for the facilities and procedures that are in place.

      Fun work environment, great managers, comfortable uniform provided (skirt and t shirt for girls, tshirt for guys), flexible schedule, other employees in the hotel are great, get to work outside at an outdoor pool in the summer

      Cons

      Sometimes disorganized, sometimes work is not balanced among staff

      The views, great tips, flexible hours, great summer job. this is an excellent place to work for college kids looking to make some cash in the summer.

      Cons

      Disorganized management at times led to some issues with understaffing-which meant i got more pay but was swamped with work and tons of customers
