Pros
You can work from home.
Cons
The workload is extreme and unmanageable. The company culture is toxic, and leadership is condescending and unhelpful. There is no work life balance at this company, you are expected to respond/work 24/7. You are hired for one job but will have more than you can manage added to your plate that has nothing to do with what you were hired for. If you say it's too much, you are labeled difficult. Often times you are asked to do unethical things by the owner such as lie, not honor a warranty, or not pull a permit when required and if caught, you still get in trouble. Any issues brought to leaderships attention are dismissed including hostile work environment and commission/sub payment complaints.
