Almost zero communication with corporate. Constantly dumping inventory that doesn’t sell and advertising it as free gifts.

beware of cliques, revamping on pay structure, had to find someone else on my team to support me over my leader, with the push to sell- can be taxing on relationships, constant new nail sets to be promoted, switching from just nail products to makeup made it complicated and more like Mary Kay.
