Cons
Terrible management that is disorganized, reactive, and openly discouraging. Communication is inconsistent, priorities change constantly, and decisions are driven by impulse rather than strategy/reason. The tone from the top is the worst part. Feedback is always more critical than constructive, and recognition for hard work is rare. Morale is down, and turnover reflects that. Many talented people left simply because they didn’t feel supported or respected.
