Tauge Rux is a great boss that cares about every employee. Tauge communicates clearly and is very accountable for possible mistakes he makes. This is a fun job that I really enjoyed. Tauge was also very helpful in finding time off for baseball or vacations when I needed time off

Cons

The days get very hot and working outside is always tough when it is extremely hot. Got to play golf very rarely which is uncommon when you work at a golf course. The standards for labor workers are very high, including requiring pants while working and using the same polo shirt everyday which can get hot.
