Pros
Wonderful orchestra and lovely concerts. If you work with the right team, can be a fun work environment. Depts. are siloed. If interested in Arts Admin experience, aim for this to be a 2-3 year experience max. Don't count on this for the long term.
Cons
Petty, unprofessional behavior from upper management impacting moral. Long hours, not great pay for those who are not management level (overall, no work/life balance). Little effort with regards to diversity and inclusion.
