Pros

The overall environment of the company is good. The HR manager, GM, nurses, specialists, and doctors were very nice and supportive. They gave a uniform, even though it is not pretty and only gave 2 sets, but it is still good because I don't have to think about what to wear to work. The 2-month bonus was great too, and I enjoy all the side activities the HR did for the staff.

Cons

My manager need to work on her leadership. She is the reason why marketing executives change the time. Within 2 years, I have had about 4 colleague changes because they couldn't stand her temper. I am very much underpaid.

Pros

- Bonus i guess - Few colleague will help you, guide you and give advise. Trully appreciate the kindness

Cons

The management for the team sucks. After the new system, everyone need to know each other job desk (basically multitasking) and what makes it even worse, they tend to plan last minute or worse, none inform you till the very day about change of plans or any updates of work infos. When that happened, they just shrug it off, no sorry no nothing. Its been like this since before yet gotten worse now. To me, if you can't be a leader and lead, step down. It shows your incompetence and make you subordinate disrespect you.

Pros

A few colleagues were genuinely friendly and helpful Some pockets of supportive people, but rare Hybrid

Cons

The work environment felt highly political and toxic Support was inconsistent — coworkers reached out only when they needed help, but were unresponsive when you needed assistance Long working hours were treated as normal, not due to productivity, but because “everyone else is doing it” Pressure to stay late to appear productive — no real work–life balance Leadership and teammates lacked transparency, fairness, and accountability Decisions often seemed based on personal relationships instead of merit or performance Overall atmosphere was demotivating and unsustainable
