There are some people that push their work onto others and take the credit instead of taking initiative to do their own work.

Unfortunately, the company completely disorganized. There is little regard for employee well-being. Procedures are not followed and communication is poor from higher-ups. When requests or concerns are made, there is little to no follow through.
