Oh boy, where to begin. Upper management (Chiefs) are a legit boys club. If you’re not in, you’re out. These dudes only care about lining their pockets and not about providing an excellent service to the community.

Administration is more concerned with their own agendas and answering to the county admin. rather than look after their men and women serving the county. This lowers morale and at times (due to decision making) leaves stations and areas with a bare minimum of coverage--which puts more stress on the firemen and in the event of a serious, major call- response time suffers.
