Pros

Some very bright people work here and the level of collegiality is typically high. PM's tend to be very helpful and enjoy spending time assisting more junior team members.

Cons

The org structure is not very flat and only senior management gets paid well. At times the company feels like it has no real direction, they change goals and priorities regularly. Oftentimes it feels as if the company is run by the sales teams.
