Poor compensation, poor office morale (hierarchy type setting), extreme micro-managing with toxic positivity, no handbook but still try to implement rules. Inadequate working conditions (putting desks in literal closets without heat), management never answer employee questions. Expect employees to conduct tasks issued to them without training then holds them accountable when task is done incorrectly. In lieu of a holiday bonus that we used to get in previous years, this year we were given re-useable totes, plastic water bottle and kettle corn?
