Pros

good place to start out and learn the ropes, then you quickly get dumped with more work you can handle and little care from management

Cons

work/life balance is unrealistic yet that's the norm hear short sighted product offering (only what makes the agency money is recommended) small clients don't get any attention - campaigns run on auto pilot yet fees are astronomical heavily reliant on PPC fees that could easily pay for more staff but gets swallowed at the top

Pros

I was once a good agency going places. not so much now. Glad i left for Reprise. SEO team are awesome shame i didnt get a change to work closer with them

Cons

long hours are the norm low pay and little respect tough environment unless you're part of the 'in' group.

started well but after 6 months I burnt out

Cons

too much work for our team to handle endlessly hiring as people leave; be prepared to take on double the work
