The company overall is amazing. The people genuinely care about the population being served. CEO is very engaged and personable. Upper management is supportive for the most part.
Cons
For the amount of work that is required and expected the pay does not equate. Some departments are very disorganized and ran by people who are not knowledgeable but were put in position due to the lack of staff. Really no room for growth if you’re a case manager you’re most likely be one for the remainder of your time there. Everyone knows it’s not worth applying for a supervisory position because of the pay.
