Good for experience, sketchy place

Pros

Coworkers were nice Clean for the most part Nice to put down for experience that’s it.

Cons

Pay rate is terrible Always understaffed Always over worked no matter what role in the hospital or department. CEO/Upper management incompetent, and only care about profit could care less about actual patient care Patients are truly just given medication, no adequate therapy and therapist are over worked and burned out. Pcas are unprofessional Admitting/Intake is burned out and over worked. Pretty sure multiple laws are constantly broken in there.

Nice coworkers sometimes Good pay (which is how they keep you) PTO is nice most of the time Most PCAs care about their patients with a few bad apples sometimes

Cons

Over worked Benefits are absolute trash Lack of patient care Lack of communication by HR and Management Medical neglect Medical abuse Understaffed Poor management All Psych Providers and most Nurses do not care about their patients care Most employees care about the money instead of the mission
