Management is psychotic! Team leads and upper management do not lead or manage, they shout, berate and belittle employees on a daily basis. Although your customers will love and appreciate your hard work, Column will attempt to minimize your role and take recognition for your work. Once you leave the company you open yourself to a litany of backstabbing and attempts to defile your character. Trust is not a word that is used at Column. You'll definitely need antidepressants if you stay with this company too long.

Awful company culture. I felt like I was in high school. Employees gossip all the time (including management!) I constantly was belittled and looked down upon for being a new employee, and was not treated with much respect. When I was hired, I was promised there would be growth opportunities, however this was a blatant lie. There were no opportunities for me to move up in the position I was in. I was constantly given grunt and "intern" work, although I have a masters degree AND I was a full time employee. I was basically given the work that no one else wanted to do. Management needs to work on COMMUNICATION, because it was severely lacking.
