      Fantastic Training And Coworkers; Not So Fantastic Pay

      Pros

      During my time here as a current employee, I genuinely feel like I've learned a lot more than I ever would anywhere else. The people on staff are dedicated, and want to see you succeed. They treat you as a colleague, not a subordinate, and that means a lot coming from my last job, where it was quite the contrary.

      Cons

      The pay could certainly be better. This however is balanced by the benefits that other local businesses really don't offer. My outlook with this job is fantastic, if in my time there I find the job security I need in order to feed, shelter, and house my family.

      A lot of old staff and hard workers but they are taken advantage of

      Cons

      Human resources and mid level management is not good, no way to get voice heard, good benefits but dont want to stick around even to get them
