      * Peers & colleagues are great people * Working remotely * Summer hours (1/2 day off after US Memorial Day weekend & before Labour Day weekend)

      Cons

      * Top heavy management * No communication from top down unless it’s layoffs or merger & acquisitions * Big brother is watching on your every move with embedded monitoring software in your laptop * Staff are afraid to speak up; afraid they’ll loose their jobs * Salary is low and well below industry standards for anyone in retail support * No career advancement or growth within the company * Low employee morale & engagement
