Good Support from Immediate bosses, work life balance.

Cons

Lack of HR policies, no appreciation towards client servicing and operation team. CEO is always behind the Sales team and do not even speak to any client servicing people or appreciate. Second biggest issue is no proper salary hike yearly. per head 1000 RS increase even for the client servicing managers to implementers.

A good place to work only if the medium of communication is in English or the commonly spoken local language

Cons

If you want to work here. Learn Tamil, Forget your family life, Your personal life, Your own life. And Personal hygiene, The Public toilets are cleaner than the ones there. There is an executive toilet for the MD or the manager . No one else is supposed to use it. The trainer will train u on the first day and the second day he will vanish and you need to work on it. If the printer guy makes mistake. Its not his mistake. Its our mistake. God knows how it is connected. The roles and responsibilities mentioned is entirely different from the roles offered. Timings . You will go mad. You login at 10 . but you logout only when the manager wants you to logout even if you are done with your work. You still are supposed to stay back and work or just sit in front of your laptop or PC.
