      Lots of changes recently

      Pros

      Humble people from before the new CEOs taking place. Consumer driven. Investment on brands. Good salaries and bonuses. Flexible hours

      Cons

      No clear business direction. Too many people with strong opinions and without clear roles; on the other way not many people to execute projects. Family owned business with a lot of previous big corporations previous employees. No investment on people. Fear of taking risks.

      Passionate people, particularly senior leadership all the way up to co-CEOs; Proven brands; Strong benefits; Accessible managers; Focus on teamwork; Aggressive but positive attitude towards beating our competition

      Cons

      Lean organization - not really a "con" but if you are not willing to roll up your sleeves to do the work, this place isn't ideal for you!

      Great private company to work for and win against the big corporations

      Pros

      A third generation family company that is run like a modern corporation. The management and key employees are very strong. Brought in from great companies and with very strong pedigree and past results. Being also a company where international is still a big opportunity, it has great potential to grow.

      Cons

      There are so many choices for growth. The key issue is making choices. But it is done with a long term view which is great.
