Pros

- Coworkers are great, they're young and eager to learn. Very open minded. - Good opportunity to learn and grow. - You will work with a lot of different technologies. (PHP, Wordpress, Angular, AWS). - They welcome and encourage new ideas. - Nice office, 5 minutes from Willowbrook Mall and close to a number of bars and restaurants. - Includes a gym space which is great. - Office snacks and sodas are a nice touch. - Friendly environment with positive vibes among the employees.

Cons

- Big brother environment, micromanaged. - They monitor your internet traffic, possibly read your emails too. - They have a camera that watches and listens to you. - Owners commit to far more work than what they can actually deliver which then leads them to ask you to work weekends (in-office). - One of the dudes is kinda passive aggressive and he thinks nobody notices. - Pays poorly, they look for Senior Engineers who are willing to accept the pay of a college Jr Dev. (Which is why no Senior Devs ever answer to their job postings) - I was originally offered 2 work from home days per month, but then management refused to give them to me once I was hired. - Your lunch time is set by the company to 1pm for one hour, you cannot leave any earlier or arrive any later than 5 minutes after. - They will make sure that you're back on time by checking up on you. (They do a headcount after lunch). - Management is not held accountable to certain misconduct. - Product management is non-existent, you will be pivoting between projects back and forth, more than normal. - Not a lot of care for good coding practices from management, although the devs do a good job at setting a decent bar. - Project specs are inconsistent and you will find yourself redoing work from time to time. Mostly due to lack of thorough feature definition/direction.

Pros

Great team to work with on the employee level, free snacks

Cons

Terrible management and lack of organization. My time there felt like a vicious cycle of project updates and overhauls with no clear direction of an end goal.
