Felt like an unnecessary piece to an impressive group
Pros
Team is (mostly) very nice and all keep to themselves. The location in SF is great and easily commutable. The office is clean and posh. Great benefits including $10-$20 high speed internet and cable.
Cons
There's little to no interest in the growth of entry level staff. Executive Assistant supervisors make mountains out of molehills, micromanage, and make every single task feel like it's the final seconds of the Super Bowl. Supervisors will also expect you to read their minds, and get upset with you for not doing something they never explicitly asked for (mostly because the head honcho yelled at them about it). The tech in their building is laughably old, considering they're one of the world's leading media companies, and you will be expected to anxiously fix it in the middle of meetings while millionaires stare at you.
