Too many cons...
- CEO (both previous and current) completely lack leadership ability.
- Went through 3 restructures in a period of 4 months.
- No communication from anyone in leadership roles - people were just moved out of their roles overnight (UX designer was made to a BA role, Backend dev was told to do only QA work, etc...).
- Everyone was given a huge paycut for 6 months during covid time.
- Post-covid time, all good employees had a 1:1 with executive management and were promised a huge payrise and a big salary bonus but were never given even a $1 increase.
- Upper management lacks leadership and lacks the ability to fight on behalf of all employees.
- For devs - does not follow SCRUM industry practices.
- For QA - there is no clear process.
- There is a long long list of cons....
