The product is as good as it seems and very convenient

Cons

A lot of these reviews seem to have been written by c-level executives/leadership. A positive "we're so exciting and awesome" image is trying to be presented that isn’t true. A fast-paced environment is not the problem, every company claims to be fast paced. Real problems are ignored and minuscule things are being blamed to mask the bigger issues. People are not treated fairly; they’re ignored, over worked and some even intimidated. Individuals who are rarely in the office seem to know more about what’s happening onsite then the individuals who are regularly in the office.

Has great potential for a good culture, incredibly delicious product, beautiful/modern new office.

Cons

Subject matter experts are not utilized to their capability. Preferential treatment towards employees from a common former employer. Micromanagement has been an ongoing problem across functions. The executive board lacks a diverse panel.

Favoritism runs rampant through every department, if you’re not connected to upper management in a personal capacity, you have minimal job security. The culture is extremely strange, and real transparency is essentially non-existent.
