Comex has the capability to become a Paint Company Powerhouse in The United States. The biggest problem is Morale is at an all time Low..Poor decisions from so many departments have left a negative impact on so many hard working employees..While Comex has enjoyed the benefits of Price Increases passed on to Customers, nothing has been done to increase any pay to the employees that are on the front lines..VP's fly all over the country at a moments notice to attend meetings that are meaningless costing the company thousands...I shake my head that so many people are calling the shots that have no clue about the business or the right direction...If Comex doesn't make changes soon to get some people in these Positions that know how to empower and trust the employees, their time in the US will be short-lived..

Corporate is located in Mexico and doesn't seem to know what is going on with it's management team in the U.S. Management has no respect or concerns for it's employees. Much of management came from non-paint failed businesses. It seems as if positions are pre determined before jobs are posted. People are afraid to speak out for fear of losing their jobs.
