I loved the staff at Comfort Keepers. All of the staff at the office were very sweet and did wonderful jobs. I thought that was the most dedicated and compassionate team I had worked for.

Cons

If a full-time schedule was not available, I would pick up shorter shifts and sometimes the drive just wasn't worth it. For example, if I picked up a 3 hour shift, my take-home pay would be less than $30 for that particular shift. It works well if you have open availability and find a regular client and have a dedicated schedule, otherwise, you wait until one is available.

Treat us like family, pick my own hours, insurance, annual appreciation parties with free stuff and food. Clients are great, I love having only one client at a time.
