Pros

Direct managers are super nice. Great teamwork.

Cons

Underpaid and no respect. Used to be Coloplast, which was great, but Comfort Medical has been a nightmare. All they care about is money, they do not care about employees or the patients we work with anymore. They only want sales. Before, team morale was great and I actually felt like I was making a difference at Coloplast. Now, we are doing 2 jobs and making less than we were before. Upper management does not care or try to retain good employees and make up lies every day. They try to put all the blame on the reps when it’s the back end that does not finish the sales process. The sales team does everything to bring over new patients but orders don’t get fulfilled because the back end employees don’t care and take their time on order which causes us to have lower commission. These are intimate products that the patients need in a timely matter and there is no sense of urgency for the patient’s sake, they just want the payout from insurance. There is also no room for growth at this company either. Would not recommend working at Comfort Medical to anyone.
