Pros
Great general manager and CEO; great rhetoric and good attitude in general. Great alternative to cashier position if you have the work ethic and are just starting out.
Cons
Little innovation, too much work to be able to accommodate changes, poor pipeline, no permanent IT staff. Updates to database system too far between. Coders work by contract so they have no empathy for needed updates. Blame employees for the mistakes as opposed to the database and the pipeline.
