      Pros

      Management replaced many poor performance employees- was about time! And hired talents and more senior employees. Great atmosphere, almost mo hierarchy, striving for excellence. Unlike other comments, I was positively surpirse to see that salary is very good compared to industry.

      Cons

      More investment in training options, the open space sometimes challenging.

      The not formal communication, people are nice, and have good vibe

      Cons

      All the formal and professional communication are really bad, the won't open to listen and get feedback from thir own employees. It's feels like the doesn't want to grow and do things in right way, if it's work why we need to change, in my opinion it's doesn't work.
