Pros

Near to the station is the only thing that comes to mind.

Cons

Smallest office ever. Toxic politics that will undoubtedly make you put down your papers. Least considerate towards the employees. Most uneducated and UNQUALIFIED management introducing stupid and hypocritical company policies that will make you feel resentful towards the organisation in no time. The supposed supervisors or team leaders have no knowledge or experience in the field whatsoever yet will display an obnoxious and outrageous narcissistic behaviour. As for the bosses, who are mysteriously invisible to the naked eye, I just cant make peace with the approach of hiring incompetent and disturbingly underqualified personnel for positions in the management. This organisation is a brilliant display of a hub or a birthplace of repulsive and awful management practices which at times will be deliberately overshadowed by shallow appreciation events held twice in a year which follow strange, far-from-logic qualifying parameters. Much of the packages offered here depend upon variable incentives which are crafted in a way that seems very pincy-penny of the management. It won't take long for an employee to realise the whole organisation is far from an organisation that will induce personal or personality growth in an individual rather I would refer this company as an example of self loathing, low-lives, sadistic individuals that are positioned right from the top to the base of the organisational hierarchy.

Pros

If you're looking for a job that is just you doing your job and learning a minimal amount in writing, then this is fine. The boss won't explain why you're wrong though, he will just ask you to change things the way he wants and that's about it. Basically he behaves like any client does in an advertising space

Cons

Where do I begin. Okay, the learning thing. You don't learn a thing. You do your job, learn that you made mistakes, but no explanations, just content changed and you're done for the day. They won't hire people to share the workload with you, if your team mate has left. If you can handle your own and theirs, great, do it. Without leaving too many details, when I asked for a 4 day leave to go to my hometown for my grandfathers funeral, they didn't even pass their condolences but "can you take 3 days off instead, there's lots of work piling" was the first reply. Knew I had to leave that place then and there. Unwelcoming people. HR is the most double faced person ever. Thinks she's being diplomatic but she's actually just being a corporate bully. Worked the entire year during the pandemic on my personal.laptop. Didn't compensate for my travel during COVID because I lived close by?

Pros

Easy to understand process and flexible work hours.

Cons

Poor management prioritizes business interests over employee well-being, offering no appraisals, bonuses, or opportunities for growth and stability.
