The only pros I can give is that you can work from home
Cons
- There is little to no training or direction given to new hires
- The group chats have workers that say unprofessional things that have nothing to do with work
- The job postings they post are deceitful (You get hired and then are performing tasks that are not in the job description you were hired for)
- The way they measure performance is outdated and they will drop you based on it
Overall Management is awful and they do not care about your success. They do not train you and expect you to pick up things at a senior level.

You get hired as a Junior, but they expect you to perform at the level of a mid or senior. When you ask for feedback from the leaders, they just say everything is fine, and then they let you go before the 3-month trial period. I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Thank you for your feedback. We'll ensure clearer expectations and support for our team members, especially during any initial 3-month probationary periods. Transparency in hiring processes is important to us, and we appreciate your input. - CommandLink Team
-One day of onboarding, if that.
-PTO also includes sick time so you only get 10 days of leave
-Management constantly asks you to do things they have not showed/trained you how to do which is normally fine but most of their provisioning software is proprietary with little documentation.
-Other engineers constantly complain and talk about quitting in the general chat and bicker with each other over trivial things like grabbing each others tickets.
