      Thank you for providing feedback on Commerce Architects. We are concerned that you experienced a poor management experience. We are continually working to improve our management practices, and to develop a consistent management experience across all managers. Recognizing this was an area we needed to improve, we are now doing formal manager training for all managers. Improving the manager-employee experience will continue to be a focus for Commerce Architects.
