      - nothing else, not even single thing comes to mind,

      Cons

      - pay higher than previous, but they will fire you anyway, after heavy exploitation and squeezing you till last day, and then they will replace you. - mangers - the real toxic creatures. - you will regret joining this company, that i guarantee.

      Join only if you’re looking for burnout, broken promises, and chaos disguised as “innovation.”

      Meghana Biryani (once a week) Quarterly recharge which doesn't suffice as leaders already exhaust our weekends for things they couldn't plan People sharing the same pain, so you know they are targeting everyone, and its not just you.

      Cons

      Cons Leadership has zero planning — only endless pushing. The India head is , likely promoted through favoritism and politics rather than ability One person is expected to do the work of ten, all justified by empty “AI” slogans. No space, time, or focus to actually learn or grow. Broken development lifecycle — no QA, no testers, no process. Developers must build, test, deploy, fix, and still take the blame. Constant pressure, nonstop P0s, and absolutely no work-life balance. Career growth is an illusion — promises are never delivered. Toxic politics and favoritism overpower talent and effort. People keep leaving , and honestly, that’s the only way to survive here. Recent update : CTO gone.
